Do I have any guarantee I will like my custom bike?

I know that it is unusual for a manufacturer to offer a satisfaction guarantee on a custom bike, but we do. our philosophy is that when you buy a Rodriguez, you are entering into a relationship with us. We take that relationship seriously. Our only advertising is the enthusiastic word of mouth from our satisfied customers. The last thing we want is a dissatisfied customer riding on one of our bikes.

That being said, we are still human, and humans can make errors. If we get it wrong, and you end up dissatisfied with us or your bike after you receive your new Rodriguez, we will work to make it right. If we can't make it right, we will buy the bike back. Unless *previous agreements have been made, you will only be out the money for shipping to and from your location.

*Previous agreements:
On occasion, someone has us build something so specific that it would be very difficult or impossible to sell to anyone else. In those cases, we work an agreement out before the time of purchase that may be different than a full refund.

Either way, rest assured that the most important thing to us is your satisfaction, and we are committed to achieving it.
