What if you're not from Washington?

• You'll need to download an ordering kit
  
• The fitting information must be sent, e-mailed, faxed, or called in to us
  
• After fit information is received, we can recommend a size of frame for the best fit
  
• We charge you for the full price of the bike of your choice
  
• We charge you shipping and handling as follows:

  We charge you $200 shipping and handling to your doorstep for a regular bike.

  We charge you $450 shipping and handling for a Toucan or Test Pilot tandem.

  We charge you $100 shipping and handling for a S&S coupled single bike.

  We charge you $200 shipping and handling for a S&S coupled tandem.

  
  

The long distance test ride applies only to bicycles that are our standard production sizes and colors.

Not available on custom built or custom painted frames.

We can discuss what you did not like about it and see if an easy solution can be found (stem change, minor adjustment at your local shop etc...). If the problem is one that can't be completely solved easily, you may box up the bike & ship the bike back to us, and only be out the shipping and handling to and from your location.
