This is a long overdue thank you for the great service I always receive at your shop. Your slogan of "buy the shop" has proven so true for me time and again. I just completed my dream bike ride across America on My Rodriguez Adventure. I rode 4155 miles this summer without the slightest trouble with my bike. I've put around 15000 miles on my adventure so far and never had any real problems. When I've needed some minor modifications in the last few years it has always been a pleasure to come in to the shop, I've received top notch service every time particularly from Beau who made sure my bike was ready for the big ride this summer. Also a big thanks to Smiley for helping me with my fit and minor adjustments the last few years. I've told numerous people of the great service I always get at R & E Cycles and the quality of your bicycles. In fact I couldn't help but add a new Rainier model to my stable of bikes last fall. It's a real pleasure to come in to your shop and be helped by any one of the professionals that you employ, very uncommon in most bike shops today.
